in a Honeydew Ginger Broth, garnished with Wheatgrass
Served with Freshly Baked Sourdough Rolls and Butter

Thai Ginger Carpaccio of Beef
Thinly Sliced Beef Tenderloin, cooked Medium Rare and served cold,
nestled over Asian Mesclun Salad and Jasmine Cashew Basmati Rice,
complimented by Shiitake Mushrooms and a Bouquet of Enoki Mushrooms
Dessert
Lemon Cloud
Layers of Fluffy White Sponge Cake filled with a Tangy Lemon Curd,
iced with White Cream and Garnished with White Chocolate Shavings,
served in a pool of Raspberry and Mango Sauces
