A Medley of fresh Melon, Citrus Segments, Grapes, Plum Tomatoes and Bleu Cheese
in a Honeydew Ginger Broth,
garnished with Wheatgrass

Freshly Baked Sourdough Rolls and Butter
 
Entree
Thai Ginger Carpaccio of Beef
Thinly Sliced Beef Tenderloin,
cooked Medium Rare and served cold,
nestled over Asian Mesclun Salad and Jasmine Cashew Basmati Rice,
complimented by Shiitake Mushrooms and a Bouquet of Enoki Mushrooms
 
Dessert
Lemon Cloud
Layers of Fluffy White Sponge Cake filled with a Tangy Lemon Curd,
iced with White Cream
and Garnished with White Chocolate Shavings,
served in a pool of Raspberry and Mango Sauces
 
Wine Selection
This year we are proud to offer two exceptional wines
from the Cosentino Winery of Napa Valley.
The Chadonnay is vintage 2005 and the Cabernet Sauvignon is vintage 2003.
